Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

📍  Santa Clara, CA  | 💼  Full-Time  | 🕒  Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM
💰  Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 Annually + Bonus Eligibility

As a   Fleet Maintenance Supervisor , you’ll lead a team of skilled mechanics and technicians to ensure our fleet is safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. You’ll play a key role in training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion and enforce our   corporate safety program .
  • Supervise, train, and support mechanics and PM technicians.
  • Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks and repairs.
  • Oversee   fleet compliance   with DOT and other regulatory standards.
  • Manage   inventory control , parts procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate   external repairs   and test vehicles for quality assurance.
  • Assist with   budgeting and financial forecasting   for the maintenance department.
  • Ensure department operations remain   within budget   and aligned with company goals.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years   of hands-on experience in truck, light, or heavy equipment maintenance (waste industry experience a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of   air brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems .
  • Proven ability to   lead, train, and motivate   a team.
  • Solid understanding of   DOT compliance   and safety regulations.
  • Excellent   organizational, analytical, and communication   skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Willingness to   relocate within 12 months .
