The Family Medicine Physician at Henry Ford Health System provides comprehensive outpatient primary care, focusing on patients of all ages with an emphasis on older adults and complex care. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, participation in education and research, and adherence to inclusive, team-based care principles. Work hours are Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, requiring board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine and accredited residency training.

With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Family Medicine is seeking a board eligible/certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice at Henry Ford Medical Center - Farmington Rd. in West Bloomfield, MI . Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed and work exclusively for the Group.

Qualifications

• This position will involve outpatient clinical care – Full spectrum primary care.
• Experience with older adults and complex care a plus
• Willingness to engage in team-based care including collaboration with case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and other staff for high value care.
• Opportunity for collaboration, education of medical students, residents, as well as participation in research
• Work schedule consists of non-traditional hours. Monday thru Friday including one Saturday per month.

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to JEDI principles.
• Must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine
• Residency/Fellowship training by an ACGME/AOA accredited program is required
