Duties/Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and attend seminars, webinars, and client events in and around Fort Worth Manage event logistics including registration, confirmations, and post-event follow-up Introduce speakers, engage attendees, and create a welcoming atmosphere Capture event photos and videos for social media and marketing content Promote events online, post ads, and track engagement results Maintain CRM records, event data, and track performance metrics weekly Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or marketing Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure Outgoing and client-focused demeanor with professional presentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms/channels Availability for evening and occasional weekend events Schedule: Part-time | Tuesdays & Thursdays 4-9 PM, Fridays 11-5 PM | 2 weekends per year Why Strittmatter Brochure To learn more about what Strittmatter has to offer, download our Why Strittmatter For My Career Brochure at: We look forward to meeting you!
