Event Promoter/Brand Ambassador Overview:

The Brand Promoter position is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, gregarious and looking for a fun part-time job. There is longer term potential for this position to become full-time with excellent opportunities to grow within the organization and pave the road to your own success!

As a NEXT Event Promoter, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. We will teach you how to sell the NEXT Door & Window brand and give you the opportunity to earn a good hourly wage plus performance bonuses. You must be comfortable at starting and maintaining meaningful conversations with strangers. The ideal candidate is very enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic in order to generate highly qualified leads.

We are planning on attending events all throughout the Madison area which could include golf shows, boat shows, bridal shows, farmer’s markets, country fairs, art festivals, music festivals and beer and wine festivals.

What We Offer:

• Hourly Rate: $18 per hour; $30-$35 per hour with earned bonuses
• Paid bi-weekly
• Shift availability is weekends (Saturday-Sunday; some Fridays)
• Shifts are typically 8 hours
• Uncapped commission on Issued Appointments and Demos
• Appointment setting training
• Company gear/clothing provided for all weather

Essential Functions & Duties of the Event Promoter/Brand Ambassador:

• Setting quality in-home appointments for our Design & Energy Experts
• Interact with and provide prospective customers with our product knowledge
• Weekly training, roll playing, and participation in team meetings
• Assist in training and role play with current and new team members
• Setting appointments at local events; potential for door-to-door canvassing as well
• Generate your own leads
• Reporting to the Manager on tracking personal performance

Requirements for the  Event Promoter/Brand Ambassador :

• Previous experience working local events is ideal but not required
• Availability on weekends
• Ability to drive up to 65 miles for shows
• Ability to be mobile for multiple hours daily
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Requires outdoor and indoor environment
• Work booths and have ability to stand for a number of hours
