Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative - Staffing Industry

Location: Anaheim
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Experience Level: Entry Level - Training Provided

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to support our staffing division. In this role, you will work directly with local businesses to understand their workforce needs, promote our staffing solutions, and help grow our client base. No staffing experience is required-just motivation, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work to produce revenue by helping increase marketing activity in the territory
• Identify and target new client leads within the light industrial, warehouse, clerical, and skilled trades markets
• Conduct on-site client visits to learn about production needs, hiring challenges, and workforce cycles
• Present our staffing services-including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire solutions
• Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers, supervisors, and HR representatives
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure accurate job orders and successful placements
• Track all sales activities, follow-ups, and client information in the CRM/ATS
• Meet or exceed weekly outreach goals and monthly sales targets
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable meeting clients face-to-face
• Goal-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and tasks at once
• Willing to canvass industrial parks, visit job sites, and build relationships in the field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required
