We are currently seeking a driven and outgoing Wireless Services Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Verizon, working in field environments to promote wireless products and services directly to customers. From personalized consultations to closing wireless service plans, you’ll play a key role in Verizon’s expansion while building valuable skills in sales, account management and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Verizon and promote wireless plans, phones, and services through in-person sales efforts
• Execute field-based campaigns in designated territories, events, or retail settings
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of Verizon's wireless solutions and help them identify the right fit for their needs
• Assist with customer enrollments, plan selections, and account set-ups
• Track outreach activities and report campaign performance and customer feedback to leadership
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon’s promotions, devices, and service offerings

Preferred Qualifications of an Entry Level Wireless Services Consultant:

• College graduates with a hunger to learn, grow, and launch a rewarding career in sales and account management
• Outgoing, approachable, and confident—you're someone who isn’t afraid to strike up a conversation or take the lead
• Naturally curious and coachable, with a desire to master new skills and apply feedback quickly
• Competitive spirit with a team-first attitude—you strive to win, but not at the expense of collaboration
• Strong sense of personal accountability and pride in your work
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where every day brings new people, new challenges, and new wins
• Experience in customer service, retail, campus leadership, or volunteer initiatives is a plus—but personality, drive, and attitude matter most
