Entry-Level Accountant

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for accuracy and a strong foundation in accounting principles?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Accountant. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to support management decision-making.
• Assist with internal audits and research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
• Stay current on accounting best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
