Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times by following Kentucky Kingdom's grooming and apparel guidelines.
• Enforce Park policies.
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Keep work area clean.
• Follow all departmental SOPs.
• Have a basic knowledge of the park and park-wide SOPs to assist guests as necessary.
• Use appropriate radio communication, including codes, accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and constant smile.
• Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Ability to assist in maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Ability to enforce park policies while addressing guest concerns in a friendly manner.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of guests and entertainers before, during, and after shows.
• Punctuality and ability to consistently report for all scheduled shifts.
• Ability to follow direction and work independently.
• Hosts who are a minimum of 18 years old must pass background check.
