Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $40 - 43 per hour

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to be instrumental in our digital outreach efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying email marketing campaigns to effectively promote the company's products, services, and thought leadership content.

You will become a core partner to our wider marketing teams, working collaboratively to optimize automated marketing campaigns , streamline material distribution, and ensure best-in-class platform use, tracking, reporting, and analytics.

Candidates must be willing to go onsite Tuesday-Thursday in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal business groups and marketing partners to improve the user experience, reporting and distribution.
• Analyze and make recommendation to optimize the use of technology resources.
• Identify trends/issues and performance gaps.
• Assist with team projects.
• Create documentation for business and system requirements for assigned focus area.
• Develop thorough knowledge of platforms, tools and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing, communications or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Financial services experience.
• One to three years of experience with email marketing technology platforms and software (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial services experience (e.g. Retirement, Employee Benefits, Life Insurance, Investments).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
