The Role As an Electrical Engineer - Solar PV, you will play a vital role in the development of solar PV and BESS projects focusing on technical feasibility assessments, design, and documentation preparation. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting technical feasibility assessments for solar PV plants and electrical interconnection infrastructures, including HVOL and substations. Designing all aspects of solar PV projects, including resource assessment, layout trade-offs, agrivoltaic plants, civil works, and electrical infrastructures. Developing technical documentation for various project stages, such as Sole Authorization, Grid Connection, Construction, and commissioning. Collaborating with internal experts and external consultants to support project design and technical due diligence. Creating technical drawings detailing land affected for surface rights or acquisition contracts. Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering. Preferable 1 years of professional experience in solar PV plant design and electrical interconnection infrastructures (HVOL and substations). Experience in preparing technical documentation for grid access and connection requests. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively. Advanced proficiency in PVsyst, PVCase, AutoCAD, and QGIS. Ability to work independently with commitment, creativity, and accuracy. Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills. Team-player ability to work in cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel. Fluency in Italian and English languages.
