*Job Requirement *

What we are looking for in early talent/new grads:

• Education Required: earned or anticipated Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Technical degrees may also be considered for certain positions.
• Experience Required: 0-2+ years of relevant experience are preferred for entry-level positions.
• Travel Required: <10>
• Analytical mindset and strong quantitative skills with an ability to solve problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bobcat thrives on collaboration and communication throughout our organization.
• A multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail, and an ability to drive deadlines.
• Previous internships and applicable job experience is always a plus.
