Our Indianapolis office, located off Binford Blvd and 65th Street, is hiring Production Associates with no experience required.

Positions start immediately with a starting salary of $14.50 per hour. Employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, PTO, and Holiday pay after a 90-day probationary period. We offer flexible 40-hour work week scheduling after the training period.

Once training is completed, employees enjoy their own workstation to focus on their tasks. This is the perfect environment for introverts!

Applicants must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma/GED and pass a background check.

Production Associate Position Requirements :

• Basic computer skills
• Reading comprehension score of 80% or higher
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 35 lb. boxes

Production Associate Position Description :

• Operation of a high-speed production scanner
• Preparation of paper documents to be scanned
• Digital image review
