Benefits: vacation sick time 401(k) Bonus based on performance Call Center / Scheduling Representative Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Wednesday – Friday , 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Initial training in Burbank / Glendale, then Remote Required Qualifications Fluent in Armenian required Previous dental or medical call center experience required High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and organizational abilities Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred) Punctual, dependable, and committed to fixed schedule Job Responsibilities Patient Communication & Scheduling Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments using dental software Provide accurate information on services, insurance, and office policies Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and inquiries promptly Make outbound calls for reminders, follow-ups, and schedule fills Coordination & Documentation Maintain accurate and detailed patient notes in scheduling system Coordinate with clinical and front office staff to optimize provider schedules Ensure all calls, inquiries, and appointments are documented properly Compliance & Confidentiality Adhere to HIPAA standards and maintain strict patient confidentiality Follow internal office protocols and communication guidelines Support a respectful, patient-centered communication environment The absence of specific duties in this description does not exclude them from the role if they are similar, related, or logically associated with the position.
