SUMMARY
Join a fast-paced distribution operation as an entry-level Warehouse Data Entry Clerk. You’ll support office and warehouse teams by keeping orders, inventory, and documentation accurate and up to date. This is an in-person role with initial training on day shift (7:30am-5pm) followed by a transition to an evening/night shift (3:30pm-12am).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct the flow and release of pick orders to the floor to keep work moving efficiently.
• Enter, update, and verify data in warehouse systems and spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory count discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary.
• Create and assign tags/order identifiers to ensure clear tracking of product.
• Review e-commerce shipments and post inventory updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Provide administrative support across receipts, shipments, and audit activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized workspace.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and work with limited supervision in a high-volume environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of data entry experience preferred; warehouse environment exposure is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to read and write in English with strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accurate typing at approximately 30 WPM with minimal errors.
• Comfortable processing high volumes of alphanumeric information.
• Math aptitude for basic calculations and reconciliations.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn warehouse and inventory systems.
