We're seeking a Data Analyst Intern (Temporary 3-6 Month Paid Internship - $15.00 per hour)

Do you want hands-on experience in a fast-growing, dynamic company? Behavioral Innovations (BI) is looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is required to be in office and will report to the Director of Business Analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational analytics.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover key trends.
• Support ongoing reporting needs by creating compelling data visualizations.
• Ensure accuracy by performing data validation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using data insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with databases is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DAX formulas and Power Query in Power BI.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and relational databases.
• Knowledge of healthcare or service-based operations.
