Job Summary

The Office Coordinator II position requires a strong clinical background, strong interpersonal skills, computer knowledge and the ability to work independently. Additionally, the position requires interactions with referring physicians about the Sleep Laboratory services. This position will coordinate the work flow of the front office and will be available for support for the Branson and Monett Sleep Centers as well as Neurodiagnostics. This position will assist the Sleep System Manager in overseeing efficient day to day operations. This position will represent the department as needed.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Required: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Associate’s Degree in an allied health related field

Experience

  • Required: Minimum of 2 years office experience 

Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of current medical terminology
  • Basic computer skills to include typing and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to prioritize front office work load.
