Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
This user experience role creates quality, high performing content to enable innovative, cohesive and compliant digital experiences that serve the needs of our members, member service representatives and business partners.
This role independently leverages human-centered design, user testing, content design principles, omnichannel content strategy, SEO best practices, accessibility guidelines and Client brand and style guidelines to create content and execute holistic digital content experiences to help solve member problems and achieve business goals.
The core duty of this job is to edit digital content created by our user experience writers.
This would include content created for web and Mobile App, videos, emails, text messages and push notifications.
The editor will need to independently leverages SEO best practices, accessibility guidelines, Associated Press and Client brand and style guidelines to the content turned in by the user experience writers.
The editor must also be able to handle working in a very fast paced environment.
They will assign out writer and editor projects daily as well as complete editing projects within a span of 1 to 3 days based on complexity.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Skills-UX Copy Writer, Conversational writing, AP style, Style Guides, Figma, SEM Rush, AEM, Financial Services or Bank domain experience.
Copy editing skills – includes being very familiar with using content design language systems, SEO, AP style and company style guides (4 years minimum).
Experience with managing writer assignments and editing queue.
History of being able to provide constructive, effective writer feedback.
Figma, SEM Rush and MSWord.
