Title: Consultant

Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid, 3 days a week in office

A boutique advisory firm offers specialized financial consulting services to leading corporations and legal practices nationwide. Known for its expertise in intellectual property and valuation-related disputes, the firm also supports law firms with strategic and operational consulting.

The firm is currently seeking professionals to join its litigation and valuation teams. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a similar quantitative field.

Job Summary: Conducts financial and business research, including market analysis, business valuations, and damages analyses for litigated matters.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Support litigation, valuation, and advisory engagements across intellectual property, commercial damages, and businesses.
• Design and construct dynamic financial models to calculate damages resulting from intellectual property infringement or valuation related claims
• Conduct financial, economic, and industry analyses to assess damages, lost profits, licensing terms, and asset valuations.
• Assist with the drafting of written reports and preparation for depositions and trials.
• Perform complex industry research including analysis of market share, industry trends and forecasts.
