We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager with a strong background in project management, computer skills, and adeptness in handling paperwork. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring efficient management of materials, equipment, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:

   • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand material needs and delivery schedules.
   • Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment to support project timelines and milestones.
   • Proactively address any logistical challenges or delays to prevent disruptions to construction activities.

2. Paperwork and Documentation:

   • Oversee the accurate completion of paperwork related to inventory, deliveries, and equipment maintenance.
   • Prepare reports on inventory levels, consumption rates, and logistics performance for project review.
   • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding record-keeping and documentation.

3. Computer Skills:

   • Utilize computerized systems (e.g., ERP software, spreadsheets) to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with construction project management software is preferred.
   • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications as needed for efficient warehouse management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a warehouse manager or similar role in the construction industry, with demonstrable project management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, with a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
