Job Description
Fast paced Commercial Construction company seeking an Administrative Assistant for the company CEO. This individual is to proactively and efficiently manage administrative tasks, providing support to the CEO enabling them to focus on strategic and achieve organizational goals with highest level of professional and discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain confidential records
· Assist with CEO calendar, including agendas, emails and calls
· Assist with proposals: ensure all signatures by all parties
· Request Certificate of Insurances
· Check Sunbiz: print and place in original documents for accounting
· Conduct research, collect and organize data
· Assist with permits and verify status
· Prepare documents to clients
· Ensure all plans are signed and sealed
· Monitoring and handling for rental properties
· Verifying financial documents for signature
· Assist with Change Orders
· Assist with RFP packages
EDUCATION
· Preferred college background
- Must have Commercial Construction experience
