Job Summary:

Thompson Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge Delivery Driver to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a part-time, hourly position in the auto industry, with the potential for growth and advancement within the company. The Concierge Delivery Driver will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to our valued customers.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, employees are eligible for employee discounts on auto purchases, as well as access to company-sponsored training programs for professional development.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner upon pickup or delivery of their vehicles
- Provide a detailed explanation of vehicle features and controls to customers upon delivery
- Transport vehicles to and from various locations as necessary
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Communicate any customer inquiries or concerns to appropriate team members
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with additional tasks and duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in customer service or delivery preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
