We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Concierge in Seattle, Washington. As a Concierge, you will be a crucial part of our operations, taking responsibility for front desk management, handling guest requests, and facilitating a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations, ensuring bookings are accurately maintained and updated.
• Recommend local attractions, eateries, and other amenities to guests, enhancing their stay.
• Arrange transport services for guests as required, ensuring timely and comfortable travel.
• Guide guests to various services and amenities within the hotel, such as the spa, fitness center, and restaurant.
• Manage mail and package delivery for guests, ensuring items are securely and promptly delivered.
• Promote local events and assist with event planning to provide guests with engaging experiences.
• Carry out personal tasks for residents or guests, such as dry cleaning arrangements, grocery shopping, and dining reservations.
• Utilize strong communication and customer service skills to provide a high-quality guest experience.• Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems
• Prior experience in providing Concierge Services
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in Data Entry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Proven ability in Organizing Files
• High level of professionalism and personal presentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent time management skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
