Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to help expand enrollment and grow our swim school programs. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills, community connections, and a drive to earn based on performance.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell BFIT Swim School programs to parents, schools, community organizations, and local businesses.
Build and maintain relationships with families and referral partners.
Generate leads through outreach (events, social media, word of mouth, and networking).
Provide accurate information about programs, pricing, and scheduling.
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the company.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach (preferred but not required).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Passion for youth programs, fitness, or education is a plus.
Must be comfortable with a commission-based pay structure.
Compensation
100% commission-based role.
Competitive commission rates with uncapped earning potential .
