Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing system designs.
• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a strong focus on job site safety.
• Use hand and power tools proficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, and plumbing system modifications.
• Prepare for installations by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and anticipating challenges.
• Interact with customers, documenting work and maintaining accurate records.
• Stay current on manufacturers' products related to installation, operation, and repair.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Ability to plan, layout, and install drain systems, domestic water systems, natural gas systems, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, kitchen equipment, and elevator sump pumps.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
