CNC Setup Machinist Needed $$29 to $32HR
CNC MACHINIST
We currently have an opening for CNC Lathe, CNC Vertical Mills and CNC Horizontal Machinists. Seeking Operators or Set-up Machinists with demonstrated ability to produce and inspect quality parts that meet blueprint requirements and specifications. Experience in multiple disciplines is a plus.
Minimum Responsibility and Duties
Perform minor tool changes, offset changes, and troubleshooting. Assist Lead person and/or Setup-Operator in doing setups and major tool changes or repairs. Keep accurate counts and ensure in-process records are kept.
Work from parts prints, inspection forms, work order instructions, ISO 9001 quality procedures and verbal directions.
Hold tolerances and complete quality checks using precision measuring devices. Verify conformance of parts and record using in-process inspection sheets as required.
Use/operate secondary machines, tools and materials including belt sanders, grinders, drill presses/mills, precision measuring tools, hand tools, solvents, lubricants and others.
