JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform mobile and static low-profile/covert protection and counter-surveillance in a solo practitioner capacity
- Perform security driver duties in support of the Client
- Conduct advance work and report on gathered intelligence
- Liaise with local authorities when applicable emergency situations arise
- OPSEC and COMSEC should be practiced throughout the entire length of the contract
- Develop and maintain emergency response action plans for identified risks and threats
The CPO's mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service. CPOs represent the front line of our security services. In this role Close Protection Officers (CPO’s) can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. CPO's may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. Additionally CPO's will be asked to work with a firearm.

Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols
Building and maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers
De-escalating conflicts
Detaining suspects
Performing other related duties as assigned
Ensuring safety of principal and family members
Risk assessment and planning to minimize threats
Establishing and maintaining secure environments
Maintaining security of household and vehicles
Using physical intervention as necessary
Responding to medical emergencies
Possess at least one of the following experience criteria:
4+ years of combat military / law enforcement / armed security experience
Successful completion of a state or federal certified law enforcement training academy
Basic computer and phone skills (Email, Microsoft Office, Signal, Whatapp, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Reliable transportation
Combat Life Saver/Basic Life Saver
Extensive use of force knowledge
Must be able to obtain state required armed security officer license
Ability to obtain OCAT, PATH, and PPBT certifications
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements

Ability to wear a uniform
Ability to use force, up to and including deadly force, when reasonably justified
Ability to pass Physical Agility Test (PAT) Consisting of;
Run 800 meters in 4 minutes or less; followed by a 10 min break
Perform 30 push-ups (under 1 minute and unbroken)
Perform 5 dead hang pull-ups (no time limit but must stay in dead hang position while resting)
Perform 10 knees to elbows (no time limit but must stay locked out on dip bar during rest)
100 meter sprint, directly followed by 100m body carry @100lbs (under 1 minute and 30 seconds)
