Paradigm Treatment Centers provides personalized residential psychiatric treatment for California and Texas teens and young adults from ages 13 to 26. With transformative residential facilities in Malibu, California, San Rafael, California, and now within the Austin, Texas area! Paradigm has more than a decade of experience in helping adolescents and young adults address the mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges that are holding them back.
As the Clinical Director, You Will:
* Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects and components of the clinical program to ensure the quality of care and efficient program operation.
* Supervise the treatment team, including therapists, counselors, group leaders, psychiatrists, and contractors to ensure quality and continuity of care.
* Oversees the productivity of the program to meet established standards and to ensure continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services.
* Collaborate effectively with other community organizations, local businesses, and counseling services to maximize opportunities for partners and the effectiveness of the program.
* Have established knowledge and experience to train and supervise the clinical team on evidence-based practices as well as to support professional development within the clinic.
* Maintain clinical compliance with all Federal and State Laws and Regulations as well as Accreditation Standards, including the submission of corrective action plans.
* Monitor documentation by the clinical staff in order to ensure that documentation is maintained at the highest level and is responsible to provide 24-hour management of the clinical function of the facility.
* Facilitate or attend and participate in staff meetings to provide input toward program development and staff training.
* Provide, ensure, and document clinical supervision which is to be provided at least one hour per week to all clinical staff, individually or in a group setting.
* Ensure that the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients with co-occurring disorders is provided by appropriately trained and qualified clinical staff and that the clinical supervision of such staff is provided.
Requirements:
* 2 Years of Completed Licensure within State of California
* 2 Years of Clinical Management Experience (Required)
* Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or social work (required)
* Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on the needs of the program.
* Previous Experience in Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Clinical Residential Treatment, or Group Home Setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
