Applicants for the Chief Risk and Analytics Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lending, credit risk analytics, and risk management, with a strong background in credit policy, underwriting, and risk scoring. A data-driven mindset, comprehensive knowledge of the lending lifecycle, and proven expertise in B2B lending, particularly in construction finance or adjacent industries, are essential. The role requires a leader with a strategic and tactical approach, a focus on profitability, and a track record of implementing value-driving initiatives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline. The ideal candidate will be an innovative problem solver, capable of driving the company's credit risk strategy to support its ambitious growth goals.
