Are you the In-Home Caregiver we're looking for?To thrive as a Part -Time and Full-Time In-Home Caregiver at Nursing Angels Inc., you'll need a unique blend of skills and the right mindset! First and foremost, compassion and empathy are essential; your ability to connect with clients makes a world of difference. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a year of previous caregiving experience to help guide your practice.
Being organized and having excellent time management skills will keep you on top of daily tasks. You'll assist with basic day-to-day activities (ADLs), monitor health changes, and provide medication reminders. Communication is key, so engaging family members and clients in conversations is a must!
