Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Utilize medical terminology effectively to assist clients in healthcare-related questions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions. Experience Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with medical office operations is a plus. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and using call center software. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
