Job Summary: The Breakfast Line Cook at Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina is a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality and timely delivery of our breakfast menu items. As a part time individual contributor, the Breakfast Line Cook will be responsible for working closely with the kitchen team to prepare and execute breakfast orders for guests. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous cooking experience and a passion for creating delicious breakfast dishes. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary of $15 to $18 per hour, paid biweekly. Employees will also receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. Responsibilities:

• Prepare breakfast menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
• Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and work area
• Stock and maintain supplies and equipment required for breakfast service
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with inventory kitchen supplies
• Train and mentor new kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:

• Previous cooking experience, preferably in a commercial setting
• Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
