HOW YOU WILL DO IT Purpose Statement: The Brand Designer II will inspire, design, execute and champion creative that consistently builds the vision expression of the brand through the Plexus global design system. This role reports to the Senior Global Brand Manager to ensure consistent delivery against our strategic brand foundations. In close collaboration with the Brand Experience Leaders, this role will be accountable to inspire the design direction and execute the creative outputs across brand activations in service to delivering the business\'s growth objectives. Ultimately, this individual will have an opportunity to help build a global, total brand experience that showcases Plexus as a top of mind, innovative brand via compelling creative that connects with various target audiences (customers, employees/communities, suppliers). Key Job Accountabilities: Strategic Brand Foundations: In partnership with the Sr. Brand Manager, design and deliver creative that is aligned to the global brand profile, brand design system and architecture, and develop strong creative standards to ensure a cohesive visual identity of the global Plexus brand.
