Strong accounting background, general ledger entries and reconciliations, daily bank entries, oversee payables and receivables.
Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Confidentiality, dependability and the ability to multi-task are a must.
Analyzing internal processes and recommending and implementing procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
Acquiring, distributing and storing supplies
Monitoring the dealership facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure and well maintained.
Requirements
Accounting required
High School degree required; Associates/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
A working knowledge of administrative positions.
Proficient in Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work well with personnel and vendors to resolve problems.
