Job Description
Palace Law is currently seeking a highly motivated administrative support professional to join our growing team as office bookkeeper. The ideal candidate would possess excellent written verbal and communication skills, and a minimum of 3 years working in an office administrative position.
This position is full-time Monday through Friday (40 hour week). Benefits available after 90 days.
Responsibilities
· Accounts payable/receivable
· Bank reconciliations
· Bankcard reconciliations
· Payroll
· Tax preparation
· Monthly/Weekly reporting
· Client benefit processing
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years’ experience with QuickBooks
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple accounts and tasks
· Proficient in Microsoft suite – Google a plus
· Reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
