Bilingual Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist

Montreal or Toronto (Hybrid, Part-Time)

ZSA Legal Recruitment (“ZSA”) seeks a bright and personable BILINGUAL (French/English) Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to support its busy and successful national recruitment team. The ideal candidate can be located in either Toronto or Montreal, as we have offices in both cities. Fully remote work may be an option. This role requires working within the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT).

The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in business, social media, marketing, digital media, public relations or a related field, and/or relevant work experience. An understanding of the ever-changing social media landscape is essential.

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

• Conceptualize and execute social media strategy and calendar to grow the company brand, drive traffic, and engage the company’s audience.
• Create written copy, graphics, posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and regularly monitor and provide reports on the related data and analytics.
• Stay on top of current events and legal/recruitment-related news for posting/re-posting relevant content on the company’s social media channels to sustain visibility and engagement levels.
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads).
• Track and analyze the social media and website activities of competitors to identify trends, benchmark performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Website Content & SEO:

• Create blog posts for the company website, incorporating targeted SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility, drive traffic, and improve overall search engine rankings.
• Improve website design, performance, and user experience (UX) to boost engagement, decrease bounce rates, and improve conversion rates.
• Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide insights.
• Attend SEO and ad meetings to help identify strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase website visitors and search engine ranking.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.

Other Tasks:

• Work in Canva, Adobe design programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), as well as WordPress and Squarespace to create compelling visual content for both social media and website.

• Assist with the company’s email marketing campaign systems such as MailChimp, as needed.

• Assist with design tasks when needed to support event promotions and materials.

• Other reasonable projects and tasks, as needed.

Bilingualism (English and French) is essential.
