We have three outpatient clinics providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to our community.  Qualifications:

Education

• Associates degree in Speech Language Pathology-Assitant.
• -or-
• Bachelor's in Communication Sciences & Disorders from a regionally accredited University and completion of ASHA modules. 

Experience

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Documentation experience preferred. 

Lisensure / Certifiation

• Current Oklahoma license for Speech-Language Pathology-Assistant or SLP-A license eligible with a temporary license, or eligible for a temporary license. 
• Must have ASHA Certified Speech-Language Pathology-Assistant or complete with in the first year under a licensed CCC-SLP. 
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.

Compensation/Benefits

• $20.34 -$33.22 /hr depending on previous work experience.
