Position

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team in Delray Beach, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout while working with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and results.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will:

• Assist the Project Manager from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to contract standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and monthly billing processes.
• Review shop drawings, identify design deficiencies, and manage change orders.
• Support field superintendents and coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards.
• Provide leadership in project tracking, inspections, and claims management.
