Staffmark is hiring for a global medical device company dedicated to improving lives through precision and innovation. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about quality, this is your opportunity to play a direct role in the health and safety of patients around the world.



What you'll do: Work in a clean room (it's climate-controlled!) environment assembling tiny components using tweezers and microscopes. Never used a microscope? No problem! No prior microscope experience required-we'll train you! This position includes computer-based documentation (and lots of it!), blueprint reading, and quality inspections using visual and measuring instruments.



Shifts and Pay:
1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2 PM | $18.00/hour
2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2 PM-10 PM | $19.00/hour
Overtime may be required periodically, depending on business needs



Ideal Candidates Have:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or medical device assembly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written processes
• Ability to stand for the full shift
• Excellent manual dexterity to use small hand tools and manipulate small parts
• Ability to read and write in English
