Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Assembler to join our client's team in the Tempe, AZ area. This role is fully on-site working a varying shift schedule

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to wear required PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
• Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of manufacturing related experience
• Ability to lift 5 lbs and complete repeat tasks
• High level of attention to detail
