Job Description:

We’re looking for a collaborative Creative Photo Art Director to lead the execution of brand photography across both still and video content for our famous retail client!

Please note: This role is a remote/hybrid position with occasional onsite visits to the Milwaukee HQ photo studio. Candidates local to Milwaukee or Chicago would be ideal. This is a partime position between 20-30 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Creative Teams to develop ePro documents, shot lists, and pre-production materials to ensure alignment.
• Provide on-set direction for both photography and video teams, ranging from brand lifestyle to PDP (product detail page) assets.
• Create photo shoot decks, visual references, and image libraries for alignment from all organizational partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Asset Management, Production, Styling, and Creative teams.
• Select final imagery, leveraging tools such as Lightroom and Capture One to curate and organize content.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in photo art direction and graphic design in a visual environment such as fashion, home/interiors, or lifestyle.
• Communicate brand identity and product features through still and video assets.
• Proficient in industry tools including Capture One, Live 2, Indesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a deadline driven studio

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.00-$40.00/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
